AIPIA Europe

For companies

Support for organisations facing the AI transition.

AIPIA works with companies and public administrations on the practical questions raised by adopting AI under European regulation: literacy, readiness, governance and the certification of practitioners.

Services

Four service areas, each tied to the AIPIA Code of Ethics and the EU AI Act.

AI literacy and team training

Structured curricula for non-technical staff, technical teams and executive leadership. Programmes culminate in the European AI Credential issued through Europass under eIDAS.

AI Act readiness audits

A walk-through of an organisation's AI inventory against the prohibited, high-risk, limited and minimal-risk categories. Output is a written readiness report with prioritised actions.

Strategic and ethical advisory

Support to legal, compliance and product leadership on procurement, risk management, ethical review and the alignment of internal policies with the AI Act and the AIPIA Code of Ethics.

Certified-professional pathway

A defined route by which in-house AI practitioners obtain AIPIA membership, the European AI Credential, and a listing in the public Directory of certified professionals.

How it works

Three steps from first contact to delivery.

  1. 01

    An initial conversation

A first call by email to scope the question, the audience and any compliance deadline already in view. Free of charge.

  2. 02

    A written scoping document

AIPIA returns a one-page scoping note: objectives, deliverables, timeline, fee. The note becomes the basis of the engagement letter.

  3. 03

    Engagement and delivery

Work proceeds against the scoping note, run by members of the Scientific Committee or by certified members in the directory.

Start with an email.

The fastest way to begin is a short email outlining your context — the team, the AI use cases, any deadline you are working against. AIPIA replies within five working days with the next concrete step.
